It is best to place an order via email including collection name, number of products, product code, size, materials and finishes, purchase order number, project reference, destination and required date, should you have it. Once your order enquiry is processed you will receive a quote to include anticipated lead time.

Our lead times range from 6 to 10 weeks depending on collection, product type and customisation. Our factories are closed for two weeks during August and three weeks during Christmas/New Year. In some cases we can expedite your order if required. Please contact us with your requirements.

We offer curb side or warehouse delivery on all orders. For the U.K., we also offer white glove delivery. Items are usually packaged within custom-made heavy solid wooden crates before shipping and will require professional help in un-crating the pieces and disposal of any debris according to local regulation.

Delivery costs are quoted according to number of items, type of delivery and delivery address once items are ready for shipping.
